And more to come soon..

Social Supermarket

Our store was opened on 2nd December 2017 with the goal of being the central hub to take our collected food waste from our partners and redistribute it to those in food poverty through low-cost and affordable pricing. We are located in Sneinton, an area high in food poverty, with the aim of making food affordable and accessible. Anyone is welcome so come check out what we have to offer and i'm sure you wont be disappointed by our prices.

Redistribution Network

Collections

Some of our partners lack the time and resources to collect the food donated to them. We are happy to help with our van providing a collection service.

Drop Offs

Our store ins’t quite yet equipped to handle the refrigerated donations we receive. We make sure this doesn’t go to waste by delivering it to our partners to utilise.

Breakfast Clubs

Child food poverty in Nottingham is high, with many children arriving at school hungry. We are beginning to deliver food to schools breakfast clubs to tackle this.

Urban Farm

The demand for affordable fruit and vegetables unsurprisingly is high. To match this we are in the process of setting up our own urban farm allowing us to keep costs low and ensuring a fresh source of produce for our store. Watch this space - we have the land, now it's time to get growing...
